Why is physical health important

Hello There!

"Physical Health" is a state of well-being with all internal and external body parts. A few examples would be getting enough sleep every night or eating a well balanced diet.

Why Is It Important? Physical health is important for many reasons. First of all,  if you are physically healthy, you will feel better about yourself and have a higher self-esteem. Some more benefits is that your likely to live longer and having more energy during a day and lastly, having less health problems later on.
