The dominant phenotypes are not always more frequent than the recessive phenotypes

Let us examine a typical (thus rare) character of a single gene:

dominant allele + dominant allele = dominant phenotype

dominant allele + recessive allele = dominant phenotype

recessive allele + recessive allele = phenotype Recessive

Looking at this, you might conclude that the dominant phenotype is more common. But recessive alleles could be present in a high frequency in a certain population.

For example: in the color of the eyes, people with clear eyes tend to carry recessive alleles of key genes. Dark-eyed people tend to have dominant alleles.

In Scandinavia, most people have clear eyes, implying that recessive alleles of these genes are much more common in this region than dominant alleles.

While both will equate changes in a genetic chain, deletion would have more severe consequences.  A substitution mutation usually only causes minor disorders and diseases, like sickle cell anemia.  Whereas deletion causes much more serious diseases, like cystic fibrosis, and turner syndrome which is  where a female is born with only one X chromosome.

Amanitin is a toxic peptide that is found in Amanita ( a type of mushroom).

Alpha Amanitin in particular is the one that affects the elongation rate of RNA Polymerases in the body.

When Alpha Amanitin gets into the body system, it travels straight to the liver and due to its very strong affinity for RNA polymerases, it immediately attaches itself to them.

After the attachment, Alpha Amanitin, is disturbs the bridge helix found in RNA polymerase, preventing the hindering and slowing down the proces of translocation from happening.

Once translocation is hindered, RNA is no longer synthesized. Hence, the elongation of RNA polymerases is hindered and this results in severe illness in the body such as liver failure, cytolysis of the liver

This statement is false.
Yes, the cilia and mucus in the trachea does sweep upward, however, it moves the mucus towards the pharynx where it is swallowed not towards the nose where it is sneezed out.
