How did new ideas of liberty contribute to tensions between the social classes in the american colonies?

History

The ideas of liberty that were emerging during the Enlightenment were, by definition, threatening to social classes. This is because liberty and individual rights came hand in hand. Freedom prioritized the individual against the community. Moreover, the defense of freedom generally came together with the defense of equality. The more equality people enjoyed, the less differences we could find between social classes, which represented a threat to the upper classes and increased tensions between these different groups.

The ideas leveled up not only on their rights and privileges as a citizen. The ideology was understood as a national concern. Through a basic understanding of their own rights, the realization of the issue was associated as a concern of all as a nation that strives to have a decent living. They saw the connection between social classes concern is related. Thus, the ideas of liberty awakened nationalism among the American colonies.

What are the three provided options for what caused the Black Death?
Leni [432]

Answer:

The black death came from fleas. Rats in China had these fleas, and they found their way to Europe. The black death spread so easily because a) there was no proper hygiene, b) cities were often crowded and animals would walk around the streets with humans, c) the 'treatments' that doctors had really didn't have anything to do with the black death. In the end, the black death ended up killing 1/3 of Europe's population and was actually one of the reasons why the feudal system ended.

I really don’t understand history
crimeas [40]

Maybe it means that there’s a difference between how much land they own or something. It says there was a difference between the amount of land they occupied and the amount of land they couldn’t control. So maybe they didn’t own/have a lot of land but there was a lot of land they couldn’t get to/take over etc. or maybe this situation could be vice versa so they have a ton of land but only a little isn’t “controlled” let me know if this helps sorry if it’s confusing I’m just guessing based on the context clues :)
