If your immune system is compromised, it is possible your body would not be able to send the resources necessary to fight off the infection that you already have immunity to, therefore there is some possibility of a reoccurring illness in an immuno-compromised individual.
A witness has to be at least 18 years of age. They can be a stranger or a family member. There is no rule that a person of the treatment team can't be a witness but it's is not recommended and is not advised to do so.

They would be able to help you figure out the problem without running a bunch of unnecessary tests. A primary care physician sees you for more day to day health and wellness. If you had the flu and needed to be seen, you would want to see your PC physician.
