Answer: Reasons :

being too hot

being very upset, angry or in severe pain

heart problems

not eating and drinking enough

i'd say the reason for fainting most commonly would be low blood pressure.

Especially if you haven't eaten anything in the morning and are very skinny.

In my middle school, a lot of girls would faint when we were standing outside IN THE HOT SUN  for the assembly every morning because they haven't had breakfast and were skinny.

So what to do?

lay them down and loosen any restrictive clothing.

Check for their breathing(they need sufficient oxygen) and raise their feet about 30 cm.

AND DON'T LET THEM GET UP TOO QUICKLY after recovering cuz they might faint again

The unlicensed assistive personnel tells the nurse that it is unreasonable to expect a response to all call lights within 10 min
Evgen [1.6K]

Answer: A) "Let's discuss how we can meet our clients' needs."

Explanation:

Assertive behaviour is "Behavior that allows a person to act in his or her best interests, to stand up without undue anxiety and able to express his or her honest feeling comfortably.

This statement "A) Let's discuss how we can meet our clients' needs" is best suitable by the nurse as this statement justifies several characteristics of assertive behaviour including decision making in positive way, stay calm, honest communication, listen actively, and agree to disagree.

Other statement B, C, and D are not showing assertive behaviour as negative response ( statement "B"), panic ( statement "C"), and less problem-solving approach to conflict ( statement "D").

Hence, the correct option is A) "Let's discuss how we can meet our clients' needs."
