One way migration has affected the character of place in many large cities in Europe includes the —
Sauron [17]

Answer:

establishment of a variety of restaurants.

Explanation:

Migration refers to the movement of a group of people from one geographical region (location) to another geographical destination in search of better living conditions, work or social amenities.

Migration selectivity can be defined as the likelihood or tendency that a subset (part) of a group of people are going to move (migrate) out of a particular geographical location or area.

Some of the factors that influence migration selectivity are income level, age, education, gender etc.

Hence, one way migration has affected the character of place in many large cities in Europe such as Manchester, Berlin, Paris, Rome, Stuttgart, Kyiv, etc. includes the establishment of a variety of restaurants. For example, the establishment of KFC, McDonalds, Mr Biggs were influenced by the migration of people across European cities and as such served as tourist attraction centers, thus, positively affecting the character of these places.

Describe how and when any unusual family or personal circumstances have affected your achievement in school, work experience, or
Lana71 [14]

Although this is a personal question, we can still provide an example of how you could answer this question.

An example of an unusual family circumstance that affected my achievements in these areas was the divorce of my parents. While the divorce itself was amicable, it still took a toll on me and my ability to concentrate on other matters. Because I was concerned about the future of my family, I could not concentrate at school, and my grades worsened. Moreover, I did not feel like getting involved in extracurricular activities or in my community. It took a long time before I was able to get involved in those activities again.

On a day when there is no wind, you are moving toward a stationary ambulance sounding its siren. Compared to what you would hear
quester [9]

Answer:

Doppler Effect

Explanation:

Doppler Effect is a term in Physics that describes the phenomenon experienced when there is change in wave frequency during the relative motion between a wave source and its observer.

In other words, it is referred to as increase or decrease in the level of sound, or other waves as the distance between source and observer is closer or farther from each other, such that it causes change in pitch, which is noticeable by the observer.

For example, when a sound object moves towards an individual or observer, the frequency of the sound waves increases, leading to a higher pitch, and at the same time, when the sound object moves away from an individual or observer, the frequency of the sound waves decreases, leading to a lower pitch. E.g passing siren from ambulance.

Hence, in this case, the right answer is DOPPLER EFFECT

Elena L [17]

Answer:

state or federal laws about ramp-accessible entrances for schools

Explanation:

The main information that would need to be analyzed before making a decision should be state or federal laws about ramp-accessible entrances for schools. This is because ramps are a necessity for all public access buildings including schools but there are specific guidelines and specifications that must be followed when implementing ramps. Therefore, since they are a necessity and must be implemented, the other options do not matter but following the guidelines and specifications provided by government laws is a must.
