3<=x   and x<5

x>=3  and x<5

Now we graph the solution

x>=3, we have = sign so we use closed circle at 3.

Then for greater than symbol we shade to the right

For x<5, there is no = sign so we use open circle at 5

for < than symbol we shade to the left

For x>=3  and x<5, we take the intersection of both graphs

So option A is the answer.
