Electronic blood pressure machines, can provide a quick way to do a complete assessment of a patient, so  medications  dosages based of blood pressure can be administered in a timely manner.  Pulse oximeters are great to measure oxygen saturation levels and pulse rates as well.  In conclusion, the use of electronic devices for vitals are a benefit of technology providing it is quality equipment.
