Answer:  A

The correct answer is - In a command economy, citizens have fewer property rights. In a mixed market economy, citizens have more property rights.

The command and mixed market economies have numerous differences, and of the them is the property rights.

In the command economy type, the citizens have little to no rights to own property. Pretty much everything is owned and controlled by the government, so the people are in a situation where they can only work for the government and being paid by it, but not work for themselves.

In the mixed market economy type we have a transitioning faze where the economy is moving from command towards market economy. The government still owns a lot of property in the country, but it is mostly the most important resources. The people, on the other hand, are allowed to own their own property, develop their own businesses, and work for themselves, and be employers for other people

Command and mixed economies are two different economic systems. In a command economy, the system is controlled by the government, while a mixed economy is a system partly run by the government.

hope this helped!!

A bag of Chocolates is labeled to contain 0.384 pounds of chocolate the actual weight of the chocolate is 0.3798 pounds. How muc
Daniel [21]

Answer:

<u>The actual weight is 1.1% less (100 - 98.9) than the labeled weight.</u>

Step-by-step explanation:

1. Let's review the information given to us to answer the question properly:

Labeled weight of the bag of chocolates = 0.384 pounds

Actual weight of the bag of chocolates = 0.3798 pounds

2.  How much have you or lighter are the chocolates and the stated on the label. Show your reasoning.

Let's find how much we have comparing the labeled weight and the actual weight, using a Direct Rule of Three, this way:

Weight               Percentage

0.384                    100 %

0.3798                      x %

0.384x = 0.3798 * 100

0.384x = 37.98

x = 37.98/0.384

x = 98.9 (Rounding to one decimal place)

<u>The actual weight is 1.1% less (100 - 98.9) than the labeled weight.</u>

Maria divides 2015 by 1. Then she divides 2015 by 2 and then in order by 3, 4 etc. up to and including 1000. For each division s
9966 [12]

The biggest remainder obtained by dividing 2015 by either 1, 2, 3,

4,...,1000 is the option;

(C) 671

<h3>How can the biggest remainder be found?</h3>

The given number Maria divides is 2015

The divisors = 1, 2, 3, 4,..., 1000

Required:

The biggest remainder Maria noted down.

Solution:

From remainder theorem, we have;

p(x) = (x - a) × q·(x) + r(x)

Where;

r(x) = The remainder

q(x) = The quotient

(x - a) = The devisor

Which gives;

\dfrac{r(x) }{(x - a)}  = \dfrac{p(x) }{(x - a)} -\dfrac{(x - a) \times q(x) }{(x - a)} = \mathbf{ \dfrac{p(x) }{(x - a)} -q(x)}

Therefore;

r(x) = \mathbf{\left(\dfrac{p(x) }{(x - a)} -q(x) \right) \times (x - a)}

The remainder is largest when both  \left(\dfrac{p(x) }{(x - a)} -q(x) \right) and (x - a) are large

\left(\dfrac{p(x) }{(x - a)} -q(x) \right) is largest when the quotient changes to the next lower

digit and the divisor is not a factor.

By using MS Excel, we have, at 672, the remainder is found as follows;

r(x) = \left(\dfrac{2015}{672} -2\right) \times (672) = 671

At 672,  \left(\dfrac{p(x) }{(x - a)} -q(x) \right) ≈ 0.999, which when multiplied by 672, gives

the biggest remainder of 671, which is the biggest remainder.

  • The biggest remainder obtained by dividing 2015 by either 1, 2, 3, 4,...,1000 is <u>(C) 671</u>
