A = 100(1+r)^4
Expand the right of this formula.
appreciate your help with an explanation
suter [353]

Answer:

100r^4 + 400r^3 + 600r^2 + 400r + 100

Step-by-step explanation:

Expanding ( r + 1 )^4 gives :-

r^4 + 4r^3 + 6r^2 + 4r + 1

So multiplying 100 with r^4 + 4r^3 + 6r^2 + 4r + 1 gives :-

100r^4 + 400r^3 + 600r^2 + 400r + 100

Anyone knows the answer
Rufina [12.5K]
When a number has a negative exponent, that means it's on the wrong side of the fraction bar. So since it is 3^-1 , it is equivalent to 1/3.

So 1/3 is 0.333
And 1/4 is 0.25

1/3 > 1/4

hope this helped C:
