Genetically modifying food can lead to things like Cancer, Diabetes, and other diseases. EU has banned it for the most part because of it's unhealthy nature, and tendency to cause problems in the body. They aren't "frankenstein foods", just foods that have been modified to help production and efficiency.
Trust you as a practitioner, be open and honest about their emotional and physical well being, have faith in you and know that they are in a safe environment, confide in you anything they do not want their families, friends, partners to know about but which is important to their well being and the baby's.
I believe that the first one is meant to be wear a seatbelt so in my opinion I believe that would be the correct answer. Although if you believe that one of the other options would be the answer feel free to choose your choice.
