It's important to only trust health information that is backed up by scientific proof because people can put things out there that might not be true, or even worse, make your health worse, whether that health is physical, mental, or emotional.
The answer to this would be D: eats mostly or only foods that are plant-based. this would be because all the others are false, vegetarians can get all the essentials from plants and nuts and stuff, they just don't eat meats.
