Both are similar ideas. Darwin's theory says that the next generations are made by small changes in the present ones. Little by little, future generations will evolve slowly.
Lamarcks theory says that the changes made in present generations will be passed down to future ones. The evolution would happen faster with Lamarcks theory then with Darwin's theory.

The most nutritious is acacia, followed by willow, hazel, elm, linden, oak, ash, maple, pear, quiver, poplar, etc. Regardless of the type, the most nutritious are the leaves prepared in June and July, while the branches of the trees are still tender and not completely woody.
