Find sample space
step 1: pick one marbles from 5. there are 5 ways (5C1)
step 2: toss a cube one time, 1-6. there are 6 ways (6C1)

total ways (sample space) = 5x6 = 30
... multiplication rules

find event
step 1: pick one blue marbles from 2. there are 2 ways (2C1)
step 2: toss a cube one time, get only 1 or 2. there are 2 ways (2C1)

total ways for event = 2x2 = 4

p(event) = n(event)/n(sample space) = 4/30

Jason wants to fill a cylindrical water tank to its full capacity. He knows that the volume of the tank is equal to the product
Dovator [93]

Answer:

The volume of tank is calculated by the equation V=\pi \times (10)^2\times (15).

Step-by-step explanation:

It is given that the height of the cylindrical tank is 15 feet and the radius of the cylindrical tank is 10 feet.

The formula to find the volume of cylinder is

V=\pi r^2h

V=\pi \times (10)^2\times (15)

V\approx 4712.39

Therefore the  volume of tank is calculated by the equation V=\pi \times (10)^2\times (15) and the volume of tank is 4712.39 feet³.
