To find the unit rate for the T-shirts: you divide the $150 by the number of T-shirts. 150/50 = 3 50/50 = 1 Therefore, one T-shirt = $3 Do the same with the rest: $3/shirt $4.43/video game 6 tablespoons of sugar/glass of cocoa cola Hope that helps! P.S. I don't know what you mean when you say to write an equation but hopefully you can still figure it out!

val has 2 hours to finish a slide presentation. it takes her 1 over 6 hour to create each slide. will val have enough time to cr
vitfil [10]

Answer:

Yes she can.

Step-by-step explanation:

Val can make 6 slides in an hour.

1/6 * 60 minutes = 10 minutes. per slide

10 20 30 40 50 60 gives you six sldes, 1 every ten minutes.

=====================

In one hour, she can produce 6 slides.

In two hours, she can produce 12 slides (2 * 6 = 12)

Since she only needs 1 hour and 40 minutes to produce 10 slides, she is under her time limit of 2 hours.

What are the coordinates of the point on the directed line segment from (1,−6) to (8,8) that partitions the segment into a ratio
Ne4ueva [31]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Let's make this simple. Since we are given a ratio, that is the method we will use (as opposed to being told that the coordinate of the point that partitions the directed segment is one-third of the way from the first point to the second point. That's a different method). There is a formula for each of the coordinates we are looking for and they are:

x=\frac{bx_1+ax_2}{a+b}   and   y=\frac{by_1+ay_2}{a+b} where

a = 4 (from the ratio),

b = 3 (from the ratio),

x1 = 1, y1 = -6,

x2 = 8, y2 = 8 (those are from the endpoints of the directed segment). Filling in to find x first:

x=\frac{3(1)+4(8)}{4+3} which simplifies down to

x=\frac{3+32}{7}=\frac{35}{7}=5 and then y:

y=\frac{3(-6)+4(8)}{4+3} which simplifies down to

y=\frac{-18+32}{7}=\frac{14}{7}=2 so the coorinates are (5, 2).
