Salesperson A made more commission  because of the percentage. In this question the Percentage would matter more than the money.  Salesperson A made $67,530 with a 11% of commission.

Thank you for giving me this question.

6x+8y=30
weeeeeb [17]
First substitute .5x in for y to get a solvable equation. You should get 6x+8(.5x)=30. Then multiply 8 times .5 to get 6x+4x=30. Then combine like terms (6x+4x) to get 10x=30 and divide both sides by 10 to get x=3. Then plug this x value (3) into the other equation (y=.5x) to find the value of y. Y=.5(3) so y=1.5. Therefore the answer is B.

Can someone give me some tips of how to study. I have already tried writing everything in my lesson but it doesn't seem to work
Ainat [17]
Study all notes, reread the chapters again. Have someone ask questions on the chapters page by page. This always has worked for me. Plus try to do this again the night before the test. You will be surprised how much you can remember by doing it again the night before the test. Hope this helps.

Write the point-slope form of the equation for a line that passes through (6,-1) with a slope of 2
Vika [28.1K]

Answer: y + 1 = 2(x-6)

Step-by-step explanation:

Point Slope Form is y-y₁=m(x-x₁), and all you have to so is substitute in the values that you were given. So, the slope is 2, so you substitute that value in for m. Then, you substitute 6 in for x₁ (because 6 is the x value of the coordinate you were given) and you substitute -1 for y₁ (and it becomes positive because two negatives make a positive)

Hope this was helpful! Please feel free to ask me any questions!

Rainbow [258]
If the problem is supposed to read (4^33*8^37)/(4^15*8^21), then...

(4^33*8^37)/(4^15*8^21) = (4^33/4^15)*(8^37/8^21)
(4^33*8^37)/(4^15*8^21) = 4^(33-15)*8^(37-21)
(4^33*8^37)/(4^15*8^21) = 4^18*8^16

Answer: Choice A) 4^18*8^16
