I believe it's the second one: "Have you seen Amanda's newest haircut of all?" "Newer" is incorrect because"newer" IS new, but not the MOST new. And it says "newer" haircut of all, which doesn't make sense because there are newer haircuts than that one. Causing the "newer" haircut to not be the "newer" haircut out of "all"
