If the member of a community are highly literate then the community can be developed .the members of the community do development activities .they are more focused to watch the development of the community rather than fighting and quarreling. the literate members of community know what is right for the community and what is wrong for their community. It shows that community having highly literate people can be more focused and due to this reason the members of community can get more facilities in their own community.
