HELP PLS- 50pts!!! (This is Linear programming)- The amphitheater has two types of tickets available, reserved seats and lawn se

ats. The maximum capacity of the venue is 20,000 people, however, they must sell at least 5,000 tickets for a concert to be held. As a additional constraint the number of lawn seats can't exceed the number of reserved seats. If reserved seats profit 65$ each and lawn tickets profit 40$ each, how many of each must they sell to maximize their profits.

Solve the inequality and graph the solution on a number line
FrozenT [24]

Answer:

y\leq -1/3

The graph in the attached figure

Step-by-step explanation:

we have

-3(5y-4)\geq 17

Applying the distributive property on the left side

-15y+12\geq 17

Subtract 12 both sides

-15y\geq 17-12

-15y\geq 5

Multiply by -1 both sides

15y\leq -5

Divide by 15 both sides

y\leq -5/15

Simplify

y\leq -1/3

The solution is the interval -------> (-∞, -1/3]

All real number less than -1/3

In a number line the solution is the shaded area down of y=-1/3 (close circle)

The graph is the attached figure
