I'm currently taking presentation  skills and you should always remind the viewers what your topic/proposal was thank them then walk away

Explanation: one word that i can think of is “fast”

ex: noun: she is on a fast

     Verb: she will fast tomorrow

     Adverb: she is fast

so there you can see that a word can in fact be all three at the same time, depending on the context of course
