ParaGard, Liletta, Mirena, Skyla, and Kyleena.

They're divided into 2 types: Copper IUDs (ParaGard) and hormonal IUDs (Liletta, Mirena, Skyla, and Kyleena).

The Copper IUDs are wrapped in a tiny bit of copper, and it protects you from pregnancy for up to 12 years, it doesn't contain hormones.

The Hormonal IUDs use the hormone  called "progestin" to prevent pregnancy. This hormone is similar to the hormone progesterone, which our bodies make naturally. Mirena works up to 6 years, Kyleena 5 years, then Skyla & Liletta 3 years.

T or D: Studies show that low-fat chocolate milk is a good recovery snack because it has about a 4 to 1 ratio of carbohydrates t
umka21 [38]

Answer:

true

Explanation:

low-fat chocolate milk is a great option because after you exercise, your body starts replenishing its glycogen stores.  post-workout snacks are supposed to help with restoring glycogen and build back muscle. That means you need two basic components: carbohydrates and protein. This is why chocolate milk gained a reputation as a cheap alternative to expensive protein drinks for athletes, especially weightlifters. It has plenty of carbs, both in the milk (lactose is a sugar) and in the chocolate syrup or mix you add in, plus it has protein from the dairy.
