<span>"how many more students in a class of 270 students would be expected to choose country than rock?"</span>

In order to answer this question, we need to know how many students choose <span>country, and </span>how many students choose rock

From the graph, we could read that 30 students choose country, and 20 students choose rock.

So that, the difference between these two number is 30-20= 10 more students choose country than rock

But the students' number is 270, not 90 as is in the graph

so we would multiply our result by 3 to get the right number of students

10*3=30 students

I hope that helps!

Based on ur graph, in a class of 90 students (20 rock, 40 hip hop, and 30 country...added = 90) , 30 chose country....30/90 reduces to 1/3.....so 1/3 chose country.

In a class of 450 students......1/3 * 450 = 450/3 = 150 chose country

Hope this helps!

Answer:

(0.1,1.1)

Step-by-step explanation:

we have

f(x)=3^{x}

g(x)=-log(x)

Solve the system of equations by graphing

The solution is the intersection point both graphs

The solution is the point (0.081,1.093)

Michelle has a jar of quarters and dimes totalling to 3.10 if there are sixteen coins in the jar how many more quarters are ther
Sav [38]
Q + d = 16....q = 16 - d
0.25q + 0.10d = 3.10

0.25(16 - d) + 0.10d = 3.10
4 - 0.25d + 0.10d = 3.10
-0.25d + 0.10d = 3.10 - 4
-0.15d = -0.90
d = -0.90/-0.15
d = 6...dimes

q + d = 16
q + 6 = 16
q = 16 - 6
q = 10...quarters

so there are (10 - 6) = 4 more quarters then dimes

Wen takes a job with a starting salary of $100,000 for the first year. she earns a 3% increase each year. what does s5 represent
steposvetlana [31]
S_{n} = \frac{ a_{1}(1- r^{n})  }{1-r} a_{1} = 100000, r=1.03, n=5
S_{5} = \frac{100000(1- 1.03^{5}) }{1-1.03} = \frac{100000(-.159)}{-.03} =530,000

So after 5 years she is making $530,000.

Hope that helps
