One thing you could do is if your going to a fast food place maybe you can take slow steps like for example if you buy a burger at Macdonalds then maybe you can not get a drink or fries with it. Hope that helped:))

Limit your meal sizes, and don’t tempt yourself. also don’t make changes to the meal that reduce vegetables
