s in the need for efficient managers. More and more organizations today face a dynamic and changing environment. This, in turn, makes these organizations either to change or perish. There are five (5) specific forces that are acting as stimulants for change, state and explain them with relevant examples.

1. Changes in technology:- This is one of the big shifts in the corporate climate and serves as a catalyst for organizational improvement.

Example:- Technological changes due to current machinery, and any tool which would help the company achieve cost and quality forces businesses to embrace it.

2. Globalization:- This has also had a huge influence on domestic organizations. Globalization has made every industry more competitive.

Example:- Globalization has put in new information and technologies to successfully do the same. They put in new cultures and patterns, too. Accordingly, businesses must adopt changes to survive.

3. Social trends:- Global movements would serve as a catalyst for organizational change and climate in every industry because they would help the company gain another first-mover advantage.

Example:- A certain social movement like Bell underside jeans, or ripped jeans made some changes for the different firms in the same sector.

4. Competition:- The arrival of new market rivalry pushes the current business organizations to implement certain adjustments in order to achieve a competitive advantage.

Example:- If any rival enters a company, then the company will have to make adjustments in the way that would help the business make added value for its customers with any improvements or boost quality or cost reduction or attract the customers.

5. Changes in law and political behavior:- Whether there are improvements in any country's laws or policy it may trigger some changes for the company. This would force the company to adopt those changes.

Example:- Some environmental conservation laws are the business of embracing green technologies and manufacturing goods that are environmentally friendly.
