Answer:

Angle ADC = 180°-60° = 120°

Step-by-step explanation:

We could actually do without the additional detail pertaining to 75°. However, we could find angle CDB by difference. The solution would be 120°-75° = 45°. But this is not anymore needed by the problem because it is not asked. I guess the 75° is just a distraction.

When R2 is more useful than R in linear regression?
valina [46]
Answer: Multiple R is the correlation between y and y^ in a regression model. It is always non-negative, but has no nice interpretation as a proportion of variance, unlike its square. I can't think of too many uses for it and only know of one stat package that routinely reports it, SPSS. Bivariate correlation only tells you about two variables at a time (though you can use partial correlation to remove other variables).

How do you figure out what is that makes a number a prime
Mice21 [21]
Prime numbers are the numbers that are bigger than one and cannot be divided evenly by any other number except 1 and itself. If a number can be divided evenly by any other number not counting itself and 1, it is not prime and is referred to as a composite number. Prime numbers are whole numbers that must be greater than 1. Zero and one are not considered prime numbers. Learn how to determine which numbers are prime.

Solve by graphing.
melisa1 [442]

Given:

The given system of equations is:

2x+y=1

x-2y=8

To find:

The solution to this system of equations by graphing.

Solution:

We have,

2x+y=1

x-2y=8

The table of values for first equation is:

x y

0 1

1 -1

Plot the points (0,1) and (1,-1) on a coordinate plane and connect them a straight line.

The table of values for second equation is:

x y

0 -4

2 -3

Plot the points (0,-4) and (2,-3) on a coordinate plane and connect them a straight line.

The graphs of given equations are shown in the below figure.

From the below figure, it is clear that the lines intersect each other at point (2,-3). So, the solution of the given system of equations is (2,-3).

Therefore, the solution to this system of equations is:

x-coordinate: 2

y-coordinate: -3

How you divide 288 by 16
Ratling [72]

Answer:

18

Step-by-step explanation:

16 |‾‾‾288‾‾‾

16 goes into 28 once = 1 (as the tens digit = 10)

28-16=12 (remainder)

128/16 =8

10 + 8 = 18
