I say it is A. 72 trucks and 73 cars. It can not be B, C, or D.

The answer is c. 64 divided by 4 is 16 and 8 divided by 5 is 16

divide both sides by log 5

x² - 4x + 7 = \frac{log625}{log5} = 4

subtract 4 from both sides

x² - 4x + 3 = 0 ← in standard form

(x - 3 )(x - 1) = 0

equate each factor to zero and solve for x

x - 3 = 0 ⇒ x = 3

x - 1 = 0 ⇒ x = 1
