Answer:

They are equivalent

Step-by-step explanation:

Since 3.75 divided by 5 is .75 that means that 6 divided by 8 would have to also be .75 which, if you divide it, it is.

Answer:

The rates are equivalent

Step-by-step explanation:

To find the unit cost you divide the price by the number of units

3.75÷5=0.75

6.00÷8=0.75

To determine whether or not the rates are equivalent, compare the unit costs

0.75=0.75

Therefore, the rates are equivalent

Kareem is participating in a 5-day cross-country biking challenge. He biked for 67, 62, 59, and 47 miles on the first four days.
BabaBlast [244]

Answer:65miles

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the needed miles be x

(67+62+59+47+x)/5=60

235+x=60×5

235+x=300

x=300-235

x=65miles

Is the cordinates (2,4) (5,0) (6,8) (9,2) (11,6) functional?
Dmitrij [34]

Yes this is a function

The reason why is because the x coordinates do not repeat. Each x value maps to exactly one y value. For any input, there is exactly one output. If you were to graph all of these points, then the graph would pass the vertical line test.

If we had something like (2,4) and (2,0) then the input x = 2 would lead to multiple outputs (y = 4, y = 0) which would not make it a function; however we don't have any repeated x values here.

1)Sin(29)=x/(30cm)
x=Sin(29)30cm
so be A is correct.
2) Cos A= a/b is correct because it is not true according to triangle.
