The answer is B, have the person lie down you don’t want them walking on an open fractured leg. You also don’t wanna apply heat just because it’s kinda common sense and you don’t need to start cpr because they’re not really on the verge of dying so yea B is correct

B) have the person lie down, this would make the most sense and be the best because if someone has a(open or not) fracture wound walking on it could potentially make it much worse and do more damage. Applying heat wouldn’t do anything but possibly make it hurt more, depending, cpr is for people who’s heart has stopped so unless their heart stopped, cpr isn’t needed, but lying them down would be the best thing to do.
