P=\rho_{Hg}*g*h\\\\h=\frac{P}{\rho_{Hg}*g} =\frac{65*10^3\ Pa}{13600*9.81}=0.487\ m

b) For water, \rho_w = 1000 kg/m³, hence:

P=\rho_{w}*g*h\\\\h=\frac{P}{\rho_{w}*g} =\frac{65*10^3\ Pa}{1000*9.81}=6.6\ m
