Answer:

the stage of development of the cultural landscape in the boundary area at the time the boundary was laid down.

Explanation:

Culture can be defined as the general way of life of a group of people living together in a particular location or society.

Basically, culture comprises of beliefs, values, behaviors, language, dressing, cuisine, music, symbols, arts, social habits, knowledge, customs, laws pertaining to a particular group of people living together in a society.

This ultimately implies that, culture are acquired and passed from one generation to another to form an ethnic group.

A boundary can be defined as an imaginary or real line that seperates two geographical areas from one another. Thus, it is used to separate particular region on the earth from another region based on certain political or cultural factors.

The genetic classification of boundaries relates the political boundary's creation to the stage of development of the cultural landscape in the boundary area at the time the boundary was laid down.

The four (4) main types of genetic classification of boundaries includes the following;

I. Subsequent boundary.

II. Antecedent boundary.

III. Relict boundary.

IV. Superimposed boundary.

A superimposed boundary can be defined as the boundary imposed on a geographical region or area by a colonizing, conquering or an external power and as a result of this, the preexisting cultural organizations and patterns are completely ignored.

Some examples of a superimposed boundary is the geometric boundary between Uganda and Kenya, Iraq and Saudi Arabia, as well as other boundaries imposed on Africa by the Europeans during the era of colonialism.

Explain how different life would be without rainforest sources goods and services
Soloha48 [4]

Answer:

Rain forests provide important ecological services, including storing hundreds of billions of tons of carbon, buffering against flood and drought, stabilizing soils, influencing rainfall patterns, and providing a home to wildlife and indigenous people. Rain forests are also the source of many useful products upon which local communities depend.

While rain forests are critically important to humanity, they are rapidly being destroyed by human activities. The biggest cause of deforestation is conversion of forest land for agriculture. In the past subsistence agriculture was the primary driver of rain forest conversion, but today industrial agriculture — especially mono-culture and livestock production — is the dominant driver of rain forest loss worldwide. Logging is the biggest cause of forest degradation and usually proceeds deforestation for agriculture.
