Just know, everything is okay. Make sure not to overwhelm yourself; work on one thing at a time, and try not to over work yourself either. Try to get plenty of sleep, and make sure to eat breakfast every morning, it helps. Make time for other things outside of shool as well, just try not to focus too much on schooling. I'm not sure what aspect of school is causing so much stress, but something I used to do to cope with middle school was to draw a small box on a piece of paper, and draw dots on each corner of the box. Then I would trace it with my finger, and breathe in on one line, and out on the next, and so on. I would trace slowly, so I would breathe slowly. It's one thing to be told "just breathe" but having something to make sure you breathe is another. Maybe it will help, I'm not sure. It prevented many panic attack (at least for me) and I hope it will calm you as well... I'm sorry you're upset, but just know that you are loved, and there are people who care. I promise.

In addition to wearing a uscg-approved pfd, what is the best course of action to take in a capsizing or swamping situation?
Wittaler [7]

In addition to wearing a uscg-approved pfd one must reduce the risk of capsizing or swamping boat in rough water, one should make sure that speed must be reduced. take turns at controlled speeds and anchor the boat from the bow as opposed to the stern. everyone must have a life jacket.

First, stay low and centered in the boat, and always maintain three points of contact when moving about the boat. Second, take corners at a safe speed and angle. Third, watch for other boats' wake and take that wake head-on from the bow. If your pleasure craft remains afloat, try to reboard or climb onto it in order to get as much of your body out of the cold water as possible. therefore, capsizing and swamping may be prevented or overcome.
