<h3>(45 - 30)/30 x 100 = (15/30) x 100 = 50% increase </h3>

<h3>550/625 =550 ÷ 625 =0.88</h3><h3>0.88 =0.88 × 100/100 =(0.88 × 100)/100 =88/100 =88% decrease</h3>

Ummm i don’t understand these I just started can someone help
bixtya [17]

so for question 2 find the area of the rectangle first:

15 \times 19 = 285

then you find the area of the triangles:

15 \times 13 = 195 \\ 195 \div 2 = 97.5

15 \times 11 = 165 \\ 165 \div 2 = 82.5

Add up all the answers:

285 + 97.5 + 82.5 = 465

and for question 3, part A, you just find the area of the 2 boxes and multiply:

5 \times 5 = 25 \\ 25 \times 2 = 50

2 \times 5 = 10 \\ 10 \times 4 = 40

40 + 50 = 90

so the surface area of the box is 90 square inches therefore the paint covered 90 square inches. For part B, just add up the length of the thick black lines:

5 + 5 + 5 + 5 + 2 + 5 + 5 + 5 + 5 + 5 + 5 + 2 + 5 + 5 = 64

How these helped have a good day
