Answer:  see proof below

<u>Step-by-step explanation:</u>

Use the Triple Angle Identity: sin 3A = 3sinA - 4sin³A

\text{Given:}\quad \sin\bigg(\dfrac{\theta}{3}\bigg)=\dfrac{1}{2}\bigg(m+\dfrac{1}{m}\bigg)

<u>Proof LHS → RHS</u>

LHS:                                 sin Ф

Let A = Ф/3                     sin 3A

Triple Angle Identity:     3sinA - 4sin³A

Substitute Ф/3 = A:         3sin(Ф/3) - 4sin³(Ф/3)

Substitute sin(Ф/3):         3\bigg(\dfrac{1}{2}\bigg(m+\dfrac{1}{m}\bigg)\bigg)-4\bigg(\dfrac{1}{2}\bigg(m+\dfrac{1}{m}\bigg)\bigg)^3

\text{Simplify:}\qquad \qquad \dfrac{3m}{2}+\dfrac{3}{2m}-4\bigg(\dfrac{1}{8}\bigg(m^3+3m+\dfrac{3}{m}+\dfrac{1}{m^3}\bigg)\bigg)\\\\.\qquad \qquad \qquad =\dfrac{3m}{2}+\dfrac{3}{2m}-\dfrac{m^3}{2}-\dfrac{3m}{2}-\dfrac{3}{2m}-\dfrac{1}{2m^3}\\\\.\qquad \qquad \qquad =-\dfrac{m^3}{2}-\dfrac{1}{2m^3}\\\\\text{Factor:}\qquad \qquad -\dfrac{1}{2}\bigg(m^3+\dfrac{1}{m^3}\bigg)

\text{LHS = RHS:}\quad -\dfrac{1}{2}\bigg(m^3+\dfrac{1}{m^3}\bigg)=-\dfrac{1}{2}\bigg(m^3+\dfrac{1}{m^3}\bigg)\quad \checkmark\\

4vir4ik [10]

Answer:

Option A

The system of inequalities

x + y ≤ 200

4x + 3y ≤ 750

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the

Number of Adults = x

Number of campers = y

A summer camp cookout is planned for the campers and their families.

There is room for 200 people.

x + y ≤ 200

Each adult costs $4, and and each camper costs $3. There is a maximum budget of $750.

Maximum means the total cost is equal to or less than $750

$4 × x + $3 × y ≤ $750

4x + 3y ≤ 750

The system of inequalities

x + y ≤ 200

4x + 3y ≤ 750

Option A is correct

You have to ask yourself the meaning of h(0)
That means that GS Hopper is at this starting position
h(0) = -0^2 + 4/3 * 0 + 1/4
GS is 1/4 of a unit above the ground. So you need to find out how to solve h(t) so that the value of h(t) = 0 There is a difference between h(t) = 0 and t = 0.

-t^2 + 4/3 t  + 1/4 = 0 I'd multiply through be 12. It might be easier to do.
-12 t^2 + 16t + 3 = 0 Remember all terms have to be multiplied by 12.
I know this seems laborious, but you should divide through by - 1
12t^1 - 16t - 3 = 0. That way you don't have to explain what to do with the minus 1. Negatives can be a real pain.

It does factor.
(2x - 3)(6x + 1) = 0 This is just a guess that was lucky. You have to try combinations to get it right. Luckily 3 has only 1 and 3 as factors.
2x - 3 = 0
2x = 3
x = 3/2
x = 1.5 This answer means that 1.5 s starts his jump, he's on the ground.

the other root is meaningless. You can't have minus time in these questions.
Answer t = 1.5 s <<<< answer

0.4 ÷ 1.44 Can someone please help me I'm not the best with division and decimals
antiseptic1488 [7]

Move the decimal once to the right . Sorry my phone giving problem putting the division to show step by step but I put it in words.  4÷14.4 4×3=12 Put the 3 on top of the 4 where 14.4 is then put the decimal . Now your answer is 12underneatg 14 then subtract . You get 2 bring down 4  Now 4 × what equals 24  4×6=24 So put the 6 in top of second 4 where you have 14.4  Your answer is 3.6
