This is a disease of the nervous system mainly affecting the brain and spinal cord. Researchers seem to think that the immune sy

stem turns against the myelin and causes scarring. The first symptoms usually begin in young adulthood. The disease goes through remissions and exacerbation periods in which the person is symptom free and when the symptoms are present. There is no cure. Treatment includes drugs to suppress the immune system. Some people may become incapacitated.

If you had less villi in your small intestine would you be overweight or underweight?
Klio2033 [76]
You would definitely underweight. The villi in your small intestines increase intestinal absorptive surface area approximately 30-fold and 600-fold respectively. This provides exceptionally efficient absorption of nutrients in the lumen. This increases the surface area for food to be absorbed. So if there were to be less villi you would underweight.

What is a necessary element of every effective physical activity action plan
lana [24]

Evaluating your skills is a key component to a successful physical activity action plan. Assessing yourself through physical tests (e.g. weight and girth measurements) could give you an idea what exactly you want to happen in your training program. Aside from knowing your structure, you should also assess yourself if you are fit enough or you have certain medical conditions that would prohibit you from performing certain activities (e.g. high blood pressure, hypertension).

In doing so, you not only ensure the success of your training action plan, but you also secured your safety before executing the activities you assigned for yourself.
