Answer: Educate the class and enforce strick measure. Also, by encouraging them.

Explanation:

Discrimination and inferiority complex;

This are two major issues faced by individuals with disabilities. Most persons tend to see them as incomplete humans that would not be capable of handling task. Some of them don't stay, work, eat, play where these complete humans.

The best way is to tell the classroom is by letting them know that they should be role models of love and equlatity. This should make them relate freely with those who have this issue.

The failure to think independently and realistically as a group because of the desire to enjoy consensus and closeness is. group think.

What do you mean by group think?

Group think is a phenomenon that occurs when the desire for group consensus overrides people's common sense desire to present alternatives, critique a position, or express an unpopular opinion. Here, the desire for group cohesion effectively drives out good decision-making and problem solving.

Why is group think important?

Group consensus can allow groups to make decisions, complete tasks, and finish projects quickly and efficiently—but even the most harmonious groups can benefit from some challenges. Finding ways to reduce group think can improve decision-making and assure amicable relationships within the group.

Characteristics of Group think:

Rationalization of decisions to minimize objections. Belief in the absolute goodness of the group. Intense dislike of outsiders – stereotyped and misleading portrayals of outside members and those who have left the group

dezoksy [38]

Answer:

The scientific method attempts to minimize the influence of bias or prejudice in the experimenter. Even the best-intentioned scientists can't escape bias. That's the job of the scientific method. It provides an objective, standardized approach to conducting experiments and, in doing so, improves their results.

Deserts are often defined as areas that receive less than 10 inches of average annual rainfall, but a more accurate defining factor is aridity. In addition to low rainfall, deserts are characterized by a high rate of water loss from the ground (evaporation) and through plants (transpiration).
