Physical health is how healthy you are on the outside. For example, having a healthy body weight. 5 ways to become or remain physically healthy are by eating healthy foods, exercising on a regular basis, eating smaller proportions, drinking lots of water and remembering to not give up.

Mental health is how you are on the inside. 5 ways to remain mentally healthy are by, believing in yourself, not giving up, remembering your goals, care about yourself and love yourself.

Social health is your relationships with other people.

5 steps to healthy decision making are, thinking about your actions and ask these questions, " how will this help me? Will this hurt me or help me? will this hurt others or myself?"

Additionally third degree burns involve the muscle and fat tissues which is vascular so dilation of the blood vessels and fluid release cause severe dehydration, and in result hypovolemic (Blood Volume) shock.
