Hey there!

7 + 5(3) - ( 6 - 2) ÷ 2

Let's do PEMDAS to solve this equation!

First step: parentheses →  6 - 2 = 4, right?

Your problem becomes: 7 + 5 (3)  - 4

The next step usually would be "e" for the exponents but since we don't have any, we have to move onto Multiplication

5(3) = 15, right?

We have division but we can save that for the last ( you don't have to do this method to solve this equation, by the way!)

Problem becomes: 7 + 15 - 4

Next,  we do addition

7 + 15 = 22, right?

Your problem becomes: 22 - 4

Next we do subtraction

22 - 4 = 18, right?

Now we can do division

\frac{18}{2}  = 9

Answer: 9

Good luck on your assignment and enjoy your day!

Describe the graph of the function f(x) = 2x^3 +14x^2 +13x +6. Include the y-intercept, x-intercepts, and the shape of the graph
vovikov84 [41]

f(x) = 2x^{3} + 14x^{2} + 13x + 6

The graph is attached below.

In order to find the y-intercept, check the graph and see where it hits the y-axis, so in this case the y-intercept would be  at (0,6).

To find the x-intercept, check the graph and see where it hits the x-axis, and here it hits at x = -6.

Pls help 25h²- 16t² factorise it
noname [10]

Answer:

(5h-4t)(5h+4t)

Step-by-step explanation:

25h² - 16t²

adding  and subtracting 20ht from it        (√25 and √16 = 5x4 = 20):

25h² + 20ht - 20ht -16t²

factor:

(5h-4t)(5h+4t)

If point Q(3,-4) is rotated +270° about the origin, what are the coordinates of Q?
erica [24]

Answer:

Q' =(-4,-3)

Step-by-step explanation:

Given

Q = (3,-4)

Rotation = +270 degrees

Required

Determine the new coordinates of Q (i.e. Q')

When a point (x,y) is rotated +270° about the origin, the new coordinates is: (y,−x)

So:

Q = (3,-4)

Where:

x = 3 and y = -4

Q' will be:

Q' =(-4,-3)

The diagram shows corresponding lengths in two similar figures. Find the area of the smaller figure.
butalik [34]

The area are in the ratio of the squares of corresponding sides.

That is  15^2 : 20^2  = 225:400

so the area of the smaller figure = (225/400) * 64

= 0.5625 * 64

= 36 cm^2  (answer)
