m=slope and b=y-intercept
In this equation m is 2 and b is -3
That means that you will plot a point at -3 on the y axis and go up 2 and right 1.
You will continue to do that and you will get some points
Some points you will get are (-2,-7) (-1,-5) (1,-1) (2,1) (3,3) (4,5) (6,9)
