The Governor,
Oyo State.
Dear sir,
LETTER OF ADVICE
I am writing this letter to you with a deep sense of appreciation and the acknowledgement of your good works to the good people of Oyo State. You're indeed the best Governor the State has ever had. A lot of students would have been out of school if not for your free education policy. All your good deeds are too numerous to be highlighted in a single letter.
However, it came to my notice that your administration is planning to stop paying for the registration of the Senior School Certificate Examination which I confirmed to be true. It is my duty as a citizen to advise you against this move. I will give you a few reasons to justify my point.
First, there are a lot of indigent students all over the State whose parents cannot afford three square meal in a day. The students fend for themselves and cannot afford to pay for the SSCE registration. If the government stops this payment, these young ones will lose all hope of going to school.
Moreover, Implementing policies that will make the young ones drop out of school will increase the crime rate in the state. If these students no longer go to school, they are liable to join different evil gangs which pose a lot of threats to our community.
Lastly, the future of any state or country lies in the education of the youths. Developed countries in the areas of technology, economy, and health got this breakthrough because they implemented policy that encourage mass education. Our state will lose all hope of development if this planned antipeople policy is implemented.
Finally, I implore you to reconsider this plan and continue this good gesture not minding the present economic realities.
Yours faithfully,
Kolade Oyesetan.

Answer:
Lady Bracknell says her maid is trustworthy but has to bribe her to get help.
Lady Bracknell says it is wrong to be honest with her husband.
The names of the college and class seem reasonable to Gwendolen’s father.
Explanation:
The three statements above are a representation of sharp critique of Victorian society present in the book 'The Importance of Being Earnest.'
The first statement reveals how deep the corruption of people runs where bribing a person who is considered trustworthy is standard practice.
The second statement says the truth about much coveted Victorian family values in which the Lady willfully is not honest with her husband.
The names of the college and Course are absurd to the point of utilitarian extremity of Victorian thought.
