pochemuha

In December 1863 Lincoln introduced the first Reconstruction scheme, the Ten Percent Plan, thus beginning the period known as Presidential Reconstruction. The plan decreed that when one-tenth of a state's prewar voters had taken an oath of loyalty to the U.S. Constitution, its citizens could elect a new state government and apply for readmission to the Union. In addition, Lincoln promised to pardon all but a few high-ranking Confederates if they would take this oath and accept abolition. The plan also required that states amend their constitutions to abolish slavery. Conspicuous in this plan was the stipulation that only whites could vote or hold office.

In an increasingly technology driven and globalized economy, what considerations must be added to those that Weber considered wh
Monica [59]

At the heart of social relations, shaped by struggles, Max Weber really perceives domination, domination, based on a true constellation of interests, economic monopolies, domination established in authority, ie the power to give orders, so he adds to each type of traditional, affective, or rational activity is a particular type of domination. Weber defined dominations as the opportunity to find a particular person ready to obey a particular order of content.

Legal Domination (where any right can be created and modified through a properly sanctioned statute), with “bureaucracy” being the purest type of this domination. The fundamental principles of bureaucracy, according to the author, are Functional Hierarchy, Document-Based Management, Demand for Professional Learning, Assignments are made official, and there is a Requirement for all Professional Income. Obedience lends itself not to the person, by virtue of its own right, but to the rule, which is known to designate to whom and to what extent it is to be obeyed. Weber classifies this type of domination as stable since it is based on norms that, as stated earlier, are created and modified through a properly sanctioned statute. That is, the power of authority is legally assured.

Answer:

Bop established the primacy of virtuosic solo improvisation. From the measure of the artistry and virtuosity of the solo improvisers.

Explanation: Bebop was a sort of "underground" jazz movement in its early years. Its developers and practitioners met in the after-hours of New York's jazz clubs, experimenting with new harmonic and melodic idioms during jam sessions that would sometimes last until dawn.

-Focused on improvisation and solo virtuosity in individual solos, not melody, but focused on harmonics.

The emergence of bebop melodies or "heads."

Bop tempos were faster than any jazz had ever been. This was not dancing music, and it was never really intended to be popular. It was jazz for the artists themselves and for the true jazz lovers.

Tresset [83]

The correct answer is b) a growing spirit of democracy and equality between classes”

In “Democracy in America” by Alexis de Tocqueville in 1831, he said in the first phrases:

“Amongst the novel objects that attracted my attention during my stay in the United States, nothing struck me more forcibly than the general equality of conditions. (…) The more I advanced in the study of American society, the more I perceived that the equality of conditions is the fundamental fact from which all others seem to be derived, and the central point at which all my observations constantly terminated.”

The question "What was the best idea you ever sold to a supervisor, teacher, peer, or subordinate?" would be used in which type
gavmur [86]

Answer:

Behavioral description interview.

Explanation:

 • The unstructured interview occurs when the interviewer doesn't have a list of answers to do to the interview, or at least it's not fully structured and it goes according to the person's answers and what the interviewer still needs to know.
 • In the behavioral description interview, the interviewer wants to actually know what the interviewed person has done in past situations.
 • In a situational interview, the candidate is asked what would he do in hypothetical escenarios.
 • Compatibility tests are used in early stages of interviewing to see if the candidate profile matches the job for which they are applying.
 • Performance tests put the candidate into a heavy load of pressure to see how he/she would react.

In this question, the actual question "What was the best idea you ever sold to a supervisor, teacher, peer, or subordinate?" is actually asking for information about what the person has done in the past. Therefore, this is an example of a question done in a behavioral description interview.
