Answer:

I wrote out the other persons answer so that you can copy and paste it. Just to make it easier for you guys :)

Step-by-step explanation:

The solution set includes all numbers less than or equal to 199. I would draw a closed circle at 199 and draw an arrow pointing to the left. In the context of the problem, only money values greater than or equal to 0 make sense.

3) Solve for angle x. Round to the nearest whole number. Write answer in format x = ____ degrees
beks73 [17]
You will use trig. Try the phrase “SohCahToa” you will use “Soh” meaning Sin is opposite over hypotenuse. So in this instance, it would be sin(x)=8/11. You will need to take the inverse sine to figure out x. So, x= sin^-1(8/11) which turns out to be approximately 46.65°

Which is a better by 3 lb of pears for $3.87 or 5 lb of pears for $6.65
Shtirlitz [24]
Since 3lb pears is $3.87 lets say that every 1lb of pears costs $1.30.
say if you were to buy 2lb on-top of the 3lb it would cost $2.60 extra, causing the total price to be around $6.50 (rounded up)

so since 5lb is $6.65, i believe that the 3lb of pears is the better buy.
