Ok I think I have a visual, but if this isn't want the question wants, don't blame me because you couldn't put a diagram up.

106 = (2x-1) + (x+17)+ (4x-15)
106 = 7x + 1
105 = 7x
/7       /7
  15 = x

mFLG = 2x - 1
              2(15) - 1
              30 - 1
              29

mGLH = x+17
              15 + 17
              32

mHLI = 4x - 15
             4(15) - 15
             60 - 15
             45

29 < 32
29 < 45

Therefore, the smallest angle is 29.

Proof = 29 + 32 + 45 = 106.

The radius of a circle is 4.3 inches. Using the formula A ≈ 3r2, what is the approximate area of the circle?
xz_007 [3.2K]
Please, use the symbol " ^ " to denote exponentiation. At first I had no idea what you meant by 3r2.

You are using the approx. formula A = 3 r^2 to find the area.
The given radius is 4.3 inches. Subst. this value for r in the above equation.
Find A (keeping in mind that it's an approximation).

LUCKY_DIMON [66]
We know that
volume of a bar of soap=2*4*0.5----> 4 in³

A bar of soap is sold for $3 individually
so
$3/4-----> 0.75 $/in³

A three-pack of the same soap costs $8
so
$8*(3*4)----> 0.67 $/in³

if you buy the three-pack you save-----> [0.75-0.67]=0.08 $/in³

the answer is
$0.08
