Answer and Explanation:

1. When he outwitted Max and made him fall to his death: Max had laid in wait for Ausable with a gun but even that couldn't give him an upperhand as Ausable was able to trick him into believing there was a balcony and the police was at the door. Max fell to his death while trying to hide.

2. Audible had ordered a drink and had the waiter knocking just in time to trick Max into believing it was the police at door. He'd already been mentioning how annoying his balcony below the window was because he wanted to get that non-existent balcony at the back of Max's head.

Write a letter to the minister of Education in which you describe the school of your dreams.
Marina CMI [18]
Well, i would like a school that is more willing to teach instead of throwing papers and making us work and hate the enviorment. if they where willing to teach and actually want to teach, it would be great. and maybe it would be easier for people to do the work and actually would like to learn. it would possibly be a healthier mindset as well if this choice was made.

but that is only my belief.

What is one example of nonverbal communication in Kennedy's address at Rice University?
Kaylis [27]

As you may know, nonverbal communication is communication that happens without words.  Nonverbal communication can be anything from eye contact (or lack of eye contact) to facial expressions and gestures.  When one views the speech that President Kennedy gave at Rice University, he can be seen to frequently use his right hand to point down toward the podium or to pound his fist into the podium.  This nonverbal communication—the gestures President Kennedy makes with his right hand— communicates a determination and confidence that reinforces what he was communicating in his speech that the United States was determined to go to the moon and confident it would do so.
