Explanation:

The National Response Framework:

This was set up to provide ways or guidance for the whole community. it is a comprehensive guide to prevention, recovery, and mitigation.

________ occurs when a victim survives an immersion incident.
Hoochie [10]
The correct answer is near-drowning.
An immersion incident means that your body and lungs were filled with water (because you were immersed in it) so that you almost drown in it. If you survive, then this event is referred to as near-drowning. If that person doesn't survive the immersion incident, they will have drowned due to it.

Why is DACA bad? Why should it end?
stiks02 [169]
DACA or deferred action for childhood arrivals program should end because the Trump administration decided to end DACA since they realized that never in US history had the government offered protection to so many people who didn’t have the opportunity to get full legal status in the United States. Hence, though the government has a lot of power to shape immigrants’ lives but it is never had perfect control over who immigrates to begin with it. Many times as not when politicians try to reconcile law and reality, the result is that the law gets changed to bend to the reality. However, it is not that the reality is changed by enforcing or changing the law. Undoing or ending DACA would perhaps widen the gulf between reality and law. This gulf in some ways would broader than it is ever been before. Moreover Trump saw that with DACA hanging in balance, America has group of people on the verge of being social integrated but legally isolated, social championed but legally victimized, in which this way they have never really seen before.
