I can't give three ways but one way I have learned is to use "I" statements.
Use: "I feel uncomfortable doing this."
Instead of: "You guys are dumb and this is dumb."
A passive decision maker will feel pressured and anxious about making a decision so they will jump on the first available answer right or wrong to avoid thinking about the question
