Since theres 4 numbers and 60 spins if you divide it you get the average number that all the numbers would land on. 2 would be landed on 15 times if it went exactly to the calculations. not 100% sure though

Can someone please help me??? Like fast I need this please
nikitadnepr [17]
Ok, so they are all balanced, so each side of the scale thing is equal to the other side.

A. 3 + x = 8
If we subtract 3 from 8, what’s left is 5 for x
x = 5

B. 2y = 12
Both y weights are equal, so dividing 12 by 2 says each y weight is 6.
y = 6

C. 4z = 11
All z weights are equal, so divide 11 by 4 to find the weight of z
z = 2.75

D. 3 4/5 + w = 13 4/5

Subtract 3 4/5 from 13 4/5 to find the weight of w
w = 10

Let me know if you have questions about this.

Solve the question and check the solution. Express numbers as integers or simplified fractions. 5(m+5)=7m+9
Yanka [14]

Answer:

m = 8

Step-by-step explanation:

5(m+5)=7m+9   (distribute & evaluate parenthesis)

5(m)+5(5)=7m+9

5m + 25 = 7m + 9  (move all m-terms to one side and constants to the other)

5m - 7m = 9 - 25  (evaluate both sides)

-2m = -16 (divide both sides by -2)

m = (-16) / ( -2) = 8

What is the surface area of the square pyramid?
beks73 [17]

Answer:

65 sq ft

Step-by-step explanation:

SA(sq pyr) = area of base + 1/2(perimeter of base)x(slant height)

SA = 5² + 1/2(10)(8)

SA = 25 + 40

SA = 65

The mean of a sequence of n numbers is m. If we split the sequence into two sequences of lengths n1 and n2 and compute their mea
Furkat [3]

The mean of a sequence of numbers is the average.

The true statement is: \mathbf{mn = m_1 \times n_1 + m_2 \times n_2}

The given parameters are:

\mathbf{Mean = m}

\mathbf{Size = n}

The mean of a dataset is calculated as:

\mathbf{Mean = \frac{\sum x}{Size}}

So, we have:

\mathbf{m = \frac{\sum x}{n}}

Multiply both sides by m

\mathbf{\sum x = mn}

When the sequence is split into two, we have:

\mathbf{\sum x_1 = m_1\times n_1}

\mathbf{\sum x_2 = m_2\times n_2}

Where:

\mathbf{\sum x_ = \sum x_1 + \sum x_2}

So, we have:

\mathbf{mn = m_1 \times n_1 + m_2 \times n_2}

Hence, the true statement is: \mathbf{mn = m_1 \times n_1 + m_2 \times n_2}
