Allele, gene, chromosome and then nucleus
The DNA is used by special proteins, called histones to make chromatin. The chromatin condenses even more, then forming chromosomes. This means chromatin is lower order of DNA organization and chromosomes are higher in it.
Polar molecule has diff charges positive nd negative but the non polar molecule does not it has an equal charge.

A non-polar molecule doesn't have anything in the molecule that cause it to be attracted to water or other polar molecules making it hydrophobic, like oil in water.
A polar molecule has groups on it that give it a charge and cause it to be attracted to other polar molecules. Like alcohol in water. Alcohol is polar due to the -OH group attached to it causing it to miscible in water.
