I believe it is the 4th because of the fact that the transportation of goods could now be moved a lot faster compared to what it used to be with steamboat or horseback. For example the south could now sell their corn meal to the northern mills a lot faster than before.

While, the North prospered during the war as they were the eventual victor, and a good number of slaves moved upward north for industrial jobs.
