First find the slope which is -2x and then find the y-intercept which is -5 and then you can just test out if its greater than or equal to, or less than or equal to. To do this you just fill in the point 0,0 and if you do that you should get 0 is greater than (you can ignore the "or equal to") -5 and is that true? Yes it is! so then the side of the line that the point 0,0 is on should be shaded and since it is your answer is right!
