Stronger muscles lead to stronger bones and slowing the rate of bone loss, at least in most of the cases. This is due to the fact that stronger muscles support the bones more, thus relieving the bones of some percentage of stress, because some of that stress on the bones is then shared with the muscles.

Answer:

Various studies have revealed that weight-bearing activity can help to decrease bone loss, and many show it can also build bone. Exercises that put pressure on bones excite additional deposits of calcium and nudge bone-forming groups into effect. The tugging and struggling on the bone that happens during energy and power practice give the pressure. The effect is stronger, thicker bones.

Explanation:

Constant weight-bearing aerobic workout, like hiking or running, can benefit your bones, but there are a several signs. Generally, higher-impact exercises have a more noticeable impact on the bone than lower influence aerobics. Speed is also a factor; jogging or fast-paced aerobics will do extra to strengthen bone than more comfortable movement. And retain in memory that only those bones that undergo the pressure of the training will help. For example, walking or running shields only the bones in your underbody, including your hips.

A historian finds documentary evidence of a Ming Dynasty law prohibiting criminals from becoming monks.
7nadin3 [17]

Answer:

B.by determining if the law was passed before or after the Great Ming Code

Explanation:

If the idea is to place the degree into an absolute chronology, then Option B is the better answer. The Great Ming Code was created in 1373 to regulate all the aspects of Chinese life, including religion, international affairs, social relations, rituals, and economic trades. If the historian found this document, then he must analyze if this law was in the Code or not. Based on this, he can put it in the chronology.
